Thrive Nonprofit Consulting brings together two professionals – Bridget Ciaramitaro and Geordy Wells – with decades of combined experience and a broad range of organizational development success.

Why Thrive?

Addressing issues related to strategy, programming, governance, finance and resource development, Thrive supports nonprofits in building capacity. Organizations need seasoned, experienced counsel to develop short-term solutions and long-term plans that build sustainability and maximize impact.

Thrive helps nonprofits where they are. Thrive’s assessment tool will engage staff and the board and quickly determine what needs to be done first – and next. This tool considers infrastructure, debt, sources and use of funds, reserve, value added by the board and more.
